Turnaround...All stocked items will be shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday.
Carriers...We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Canada Post or Courier (please call to request this service.)
Order tracking...If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will provide you with the tracking information.
Outside of Canada - International Orders require a shipping quote. International (USA and Intl) will not be charged sales tax. Shipping costs will vary depending on location of delivery. All import/duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Canada Post Standard and Expedited rates are based on total weight. To calculate an estimate of the shipping costs, click on the link "Canada Post Parcel".
Accepted Methods of Payment using PayPal.
Credit Card Charges...Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Returns & Refunds
How to Return an Item...Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email email@example.com to request a refund and reason for return. We will advise you. Note: Should we accept the return, the package must include the original receipt.
Return Exceptions...Some items cannot be returned - merchandise that has been used, or damaged by buyer will not be accepted for return.
Restocking Fee...All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges...We do not take exchanges.
